HUBZone Certification. Operating as a HUBZone allows our customers to award Inteleon, on sole-source basis, up to $4M without competition. One call and an email to the SBA and we are on contract solving problems. We find this to be a very workable contract ceiling; many of our solutions well within it, and the expediency this process provides is invaluable to our customers. Operating as a HUBZone company is also just good business and socially responsible as we are able to provide career opportunities to our backoffice staff at low overhead for our customers.
Experienced Professionals. Our practice leads and executives have all run their own companies or significant portfolios within large companies. The result is Fortune 500 service with the agility of a corporate culture that empowers and trusts our leadership to do the right thing.
Diversification. Our practice areas were carefully chosen to provide both stability and growth for the company, but also provide full lifecycle support to our customers. Some practice areas are higher-tech than others, some are more production-focused than others. In a small company, Inteleon is able to leverage stable production processes where applicable and true innovation where needed.
